A seafood restaurant operated by Saison Hospitality, located along the Embarcadero waterfront in San Francisco, where the dining room looks onto both a large wood-burning hearth and San Francisco Bay. The kitchen, led by chef de cuisine Joe Hou, cooks its dishes over fire and composes them for shared service. Service runs daily at dinner, with lunch and a happy hour period Tuesday through Saturday.
