Cartelier is maintained by a small team that reads everything sent to it. General inquiries, corrections, and requests all reach us at archive@cartelier.io— reports about a specific record are reviewed within two business days.
Ways to reach us
Correct the record
Every public page carries a “Report an issue” control — the fastest route, because the report arrives attached to the exact record. Or write to archive@cartelier.io with the page URL and what's wrong. Corrections create new revisions; the original captured document is always preserved.
Claim your venue
Restaurant and bar teams claim their profile from the venue's own page. Verification runs through a venue email address or manual review and resolves within two business days. Claiming is free and your record remains attributed to you.
Press & research
For press inquiries, research collaborations, or early access to archive data, write to archive@cartelier.io. The archive's canonical identifiers are stable by design, and a public API for researchers and hospitality groups is planned.
Privacy requests
To request a copy of your data or its deletion, write to archive@cartelier.io from the address on your account. The privacy policy describes exactly what is collected and why.
Prefer not to write an email? General feedback about the archive has its own form, and venue teams can start from the hospitality page.
