Charles Krug Winery

Founded in 1861 by Charles Krug in St. Helena, California, and acquired by the Mondavi family in 1943, the estate opened its tasting room to the public in 1882. Wines are produced under Napa Valley, Limited Release, and Family Reserve designations, the latter including the Bordeaux-style red blend Generations; winemaking is directed by Stacy Clark. The property at 2800 Main Street also hosts events including Tastings on the Lawn, concerts, and comedy nights.
