An all-inclusive open-fire cook-off at Charles Krug Winery: chefs from Napa, Sacramento, and San Francisco each cook their own dish over live fire, and guests vote to crown the year's Heritage Hero. Gustavo Rios of Solbar came in as the 2025 winner.
