Opened in 2007 at 3640 Sacramento Street, Spruce serves California-influenced cooking with produce drawn largely from SMIP Ranch, a five-acre organic farm in the hills above Woodside held under exclusive arrangement with the restaurant. The beverage program runs to more than 3,500 wine listings alongside an extensive spirits selection and both classic and house-created cocktails.
