Opened in 2005 at 127 Ledbury Road in Notting Hill, The Ledbury is the restaurant of chef patron Brett Graham, who was 26 at its founding; Tom Spenceley has served as head chef since January 2022. The kitchen works to a seasonal tasting menu offered with discovery and classic wine matchings, drawing on deer, Jersey cattle and Iberian pigs raised on the restaurant's own farms. Service runs Tuesday to Saturday for dinner, with lunch on Friday and Saturday; there is no dress code, and children over 12 are admitted to the dining room.
