Occupying the Seaport waterfront site that was long home to Anthony's Pier 4, this restaurant from owner Kristin Canty and executive chef Charlie Foster opened in 2019 and cooks a globally inflected, meat- and vegetable-forward menu built largely on ingredients from Canty's Farm at Woods Hill in Bath, New Hampshire. The dining room faces the harbor through floor-to-ceiling glass, with garage doors that open onto a patio wrapping the building. Recurring dishes include smoked ham hock croquettes served with a honey and Aleppo pepper gastrique, alongside plates such as Thai-inflected striped bass crudo and smoked lamb shoulder. Michelin lists it as a selected restaurant.
