Jamie Bissonnette is an American chef and restaurateur who has cooked in Boston since the early 2000s, earning the James Beard Foundation's Best Chef: Northeast award in 2014 while co-owning Coppa and the Toro restaurants in Boston and New York with Ken Oringer under JK Food Group. After leaving that partnership he formed the Boston hospitality group BCB3 with restaurateurs Babak Bina and Andy Cartin, opening Somaek, Temple Records, and Sushi @ Temple Records in Downtown Crossing in 2024, followed by ZURiTO in Beacon Hill. At Somaek, a Korean restaurant where he is chef and partner, the menu draws on dishes he learned from his mother-in-law Soon Han, who serves as consulting chef; the restaurant was named a James Beard semifinalist for Best New Restaurant in 2025.
